This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded team on a landmark scheme involving complex façade elements and high-end architectural detailing. Key Responsibilities:Manage the design development of façade packages from concept through to installation Coordinate between design consultants, architects, contractors, and suppliers Ensure technical compliance with specifications, performance standards, and building regulations Lead design reviews and manage the resolution of façade-related issues Monitor programme and deliverables to meet project deadlines Provide technical input during procurement and construction phases Requirements:Proven experience in façade design management, ideally on residential or mixed-use projects in urban environments Strong technical knowledge of cladding systems, curtain walling, glazing, and building envelopes Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings Excellent coordination and communication skills Degree-qualified in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Work on a high-profile project in one of London's most desirable areas Long term Freelance opportunityTo apply, please send your CV and a brief portfolio.
