Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass: Collaborate with Service Desk and Implementation teams to provide tailored technical support and professional services. Diagnose and resolve technical issues; implement systems and technologies to ensure client satisfaction. Deliver onsite (90%) and remote (10%) support, troubleshooting Windows devices, mobile tech, and networking equipment; familiarity with Apple systems is a plus. Maintain accurate records and escalate unresolved cases. Visit client sites, manage workload to meet SLAs, and uphold professionalism.
