Based in Carnforth, Lancashire, we are known for our craftsmanship, innovation, and commitment to delivering exceptional outdoor living spaces to clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented and experienced Bench Joiner to join our skilled and passionate team. Role Overview: We are seeking a Qualified Bench Joiner with a keen eye for detail, a high level of craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing quality timber components and joinery for our bespoke pod and modular building projects. Responsibilities: Manufacture high-quality joinery components from technical drawings and specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and finish timber products to exacting standards Work with a variety of materials including softwoods, hardwoods, plywood, and sheet materials Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality expectations Uphold company values of quality, reliability, and craftsmanship Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Bench Joinery (or equivalent qualification) Proven experience in a workshop joinery environment Strong understanding of timber properties and joinery techniques Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Good communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential) What We Offer: Competitive pay, based on experience and qualifications Overtime opportunities A supportive and friendly working environment Opportunities for career development within a growing business Working on exciting and diverse projects in a purpose-built workshop How to Apply: If you’re a dedicated and skilled bench joiner looking to join a growing team passionate about quality timber craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
