The site is accessible and features five flats. Some tenants will transition from existing residential homes, ensuring continuity of high-quality care. Newton Close is part of a supported living cluster with another site in Chatham, overseen by an experienced manager. Staff from previous services have transitioned here to maintain consistency. We are expanding our team to provide exceptional care and support in this new environment. This permanent role offers varied responsibilities with opportunities for progression. We support adults with complex needs, including physical and learning disabilities, on a 1:1 basis, using specialist PBS training and ongoing professional development.
