Situated within one of the worlds most recognisable Insurance Companies, we have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Operations Analyst who has a strong understanding of EMIR Reporting and experience using Trade repository & portfolio reconciliation systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking the activities of a Trade Operations team, including Transaction Reporting (EMIR, FinfraG, MiFID II, SFTR). This Trade Operations Analyst role will pay a starting salary up to £52,000 and comes with an incredible Company benefits package including Annual Bonus Scheme, Company Pension and Private Health Care. The role will work on a Hybrid Model where two days per week is spent working from the Company’s London office. ​ What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing​: Processing trading activity of various asset classes, fund subscriptions and redemptions. Undertake collateral and margining requirements and associated activities ensuring accurate and timely settlement and escalating issues. Responsible for the oversight of the delegated EMIR Reporting, working closely with the clients outsourced providers. Responsible for ensuring the successful completion of FinfraG reporting. Responsible for the oversight of MiFID II Transaction Reporting, ensuring data is reported in a timely and accurate manner. Effective oversight of outsourced Trade Operational activity. Asset Servicing - processing of various corporate actions and monitoring the lifecycle of events. Key participant in Change Management activity and projects, internal and external stakeholders.We’re looking for a Trade Operations Analyst that has the following experience; 3 years of experience within Investment Operations. Professional qualifications (IOC, IMC, ACT) is preferred. Strong understanding of EMIR Reporting, experience using Trade repository & portfolio reconciliation systems. Strong understanding of MiFID II Transaction Reporting Requirements and related oversight activity. Experience of SFTR Reporting and associated oversight activity.
