Join to apply for thePayroll Administratorrole atPilgrim's Europe . This role is part of Pilgrim’s shared Services centralised Payroll team, reporting to the Payroll Team Leader. The primary responsibility is processing payroll for employees paid weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly, or monthly. The role includes ensuring accurate and timely wage payments to factory-based operatives across multiple sites (Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain). Responsibilities involve reviewing and processing wage data such as worked hours, additional payments, statutory payments, tax code changes, and pension updates. Additional duties include accurate reporting of payroll information for management, holiday data, worked hours, etc., and liaising with HR and Accounts departments to ensure proper data transfer. Maintaining SOX compliance is essential.
