Working Hours Our rota offers a 7 out of 14 days pattern, providing more personal time: Week A - 3 days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 07:30 to 20:00 Week B - 4 days: Monday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday, 07:30 to 20:00 Average hours per week: 40.25. Pay Rate £14.52 - £16.52 per hour, depending on NVQ Level 3 and experience. Requirements At least 2 years' UK care experience (essential) NVQ Level 2 in health & social care, with willingness to pursue Level 3 Strong leadership skills Ability to develop and implement care plans Understanding of safeguarding and care standards Emotional resilience and professionalism Accurate record-keeping skills Excellent communication skills Responsibilities Prioritise workload and consult with the nurse in charge as needed Participate in meetings and reviews Monitor and report resident progress Support daily living activities and promote independence Respect residents' rights, privacy, and dignity Additional Information Based in Southampton?
