The Role The successful candidate will: Provide 1:1 and group counselling to SEND learners, supporting emotional regulation, mental health, and well-being.Deliver personalised career guidance , particularly related to pathways in creative media and related industries .Work collaboratively with academic staff to ensure the social, emotional, and personal development needs of learners are met.Create and monitor individual support and progress plans , helping students build confidence and resilience.Optionally, support curriculum delivery by running creative media workshops using Adobe software (e.g.Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).? What We're Looking For Essential: A certified counsellor with professional qualifications and experience in an educational or SEND setting .Strong understanding of the challenges facing post-16 SEND learners .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to tailor support approaches to meet the diverse and individualised needs of students.Immediate availability .Desirable: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.).Experience teaching or delivering creative workshops to young learners.??
