Join Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) as our next Associate Director, Business Resilience and you will be responsible for developing and implementing CCEPs Business Continuity and Resilience (BCR) strategy.Is this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.This role provides expert BCR-related advice, guidance, and support to country-level Business Units and Global Functions.By fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders at both country and functional levels, including Customer Service & Supply Chain, Public Affairs Communications & Sustainability, People & Culture, BPT, Finance, and risk owners/SMEs, as well as global and Business Unit-level stakeholders including The Coca-Cola Company, you will ensure the effective deployment of global BCR initiatives.These initiatives are aligned with business priorities and designed to enhance the organization's resilience.What to Expect: Lead the delivery of global and European initiatives within the BCM Programme across CCEP and local markets, addressing issues, improving effectiveness, expanding coverage, and delivering efficiencies.This will include working at both a Strategic (BU Level) and Operational (site / function) level. Implement The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) Business Resilience Framework (BRF) across European Plants, Warehouses, Shared Service Centres, and HQs, ensuring alignment with TCCC standards and regulatory expectations. Serve as a key and central point of contact for Crisis and Incident Management across a number of countries in Europe. Lead engagement and coordinate our network of Business Continuity BU Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) and site champions Collaborate with ERM to support mitigations on principal risks such as Cyber, CO2, Concentrate, and Climate/Water. Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) across CCEPs countries and functions to identify critical people, technologies, equipment, and suppliers. Stand in for the Director of Business Resilience in various meetings with sr stakeholders and represent BCM/IMCR, including at relevant committees such as the Compliance & Risk Committee. Create and maintain BCR master data, dashboards, and key metrics. Support the business in achieving and maintaining ISO 22301 certification across selected sites. Facilitate discussions between sites/countries/BUs and other functions across CCEP to build resilience. Establish and chair BCM working groups with critical functions such as BPT, Insurance, QESH, Supply Chain, and ERM. Deliver various one-off BCM projects in response to changes in the business environment (e.g., geopolitical developments). Assist other functions in achieving ISO standards related to BCM (e.g., QESH ISO 9001). This role will work with BR/IMCR/BCR colleagues to provide 24/7/365 support to the business in response to urgent crises (if they arise).What you bring: 7 years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or related fields. Expertise and strong track record in developing and managing Business Continuity and Incident / Crisis Management programmes and initiatives, including project management. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-border resilience programs. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsfrom C-suite to site-level teams. Strong cross-cultural leadership skills and cultural empathy Expertise in risk management, incident response, and digital resilience (including AI and cybersecurity). Experience with ISO 22301, CBCI, CISM, or similar certifications. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
