A well-respected specialist school near Guildford is looking for a Graduate Pastoral Assistant to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.The students range between 10 and 16 years old, and face a range of social, emotional and mental health needs, and challenges including trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioural issues.The students therefore need a Graduate Pastoral Assistant who will be dedicated to being a consistent role model, is committed to building strong relationships, is empathetic and up for a challenge!
