Fram is proud to partner with a respected and long-standing property business in South Cumbria.Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.As part of their continued successand following the planned retirement of a valued team memberthey're looking to welcome a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Adviser to their team.This is a rare opportunity to join a stable and supportive environment where all leads are provided , sourced from a loyal client base and an active, high-performing estate agency team.You'll be delivering whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and long-term service.What you'll be doing: Developing warm leads provided through the estate agency and client referrals Guiding customers through the full mortgage and protection journey with expert, tailored advice Advising across a Whole of Market panel of lenders and insurers Ensuring a smooth, compliant, and customer-focused process from enquiry to completion Managing and supporting your dedicated Mortgage Administrator, including performance reviews Staying up to date with market changes, products, and regulations to maintain a high standard of advice What we're looking for: CeMAP qualified with a minimum of 1 year's experience in a Mortgage Adviser role Confident and approachable, able to engage with clients from all walks of life Solid understanding of mortgage and protection products Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and in-house CRM systems This is an excellent fit for someone looking to focus on advice and service, without the pressure of cold lead generation.You'll be joining a well-respected local business with deep roots in the community and a strong reputation for doing things the right way.ADZN1_UKTJ
