Field Trials & Quality Lead (Polish-Speaking) Location: Sutterton, Lincolnshire Salary: 35,000 45,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 4:30pm Benefits: 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Option to buy up to 5 extra holidays Time off in lieu Birthday leave Pension scheme Company events & international travel Leadership development and career progression opportunities About the Role: We are recruiting for a Polish-speaking Field Trials & Quality Lead on behalf of a global seed breeding leader.Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.This role will manage brassica field trials, oversee vegetable quality assessments, and lead projects across the UK and Northern Europe.Ideal for someone with strong experience in crop trials, vegetable production, or quality control looking for a leadership role in a field-focused environment.Key Responsibilities: Manage cabbage storage trials in the UK and Northern Europe (Poland, Germany, etc.) Analyze data, prepare reports, and liaise with global breeding teams Oversee seed inventory, preparation, and shipments for trials Support wider breeding programs and hybrid evaluations Mentor and support junior team members Collaborate with cross-functional teams in research, production, and quality Regular travel within Northern Europe Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in trial management, vegetable production, or quality control (brassica knowledge desirable) Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills Comfortable with physical fieldwork and vegetable handling in outdoor environments Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written) Proficient in MS Office Category B driving license Languages: Essential: English (fluent, spoken and written).Highly desirable: Polish /German Beneficial: Dutch, French, Japanese Why Join?
