Design and configure Workday Core HCM modules, ensuring solutions align with both industry standards and client needs. Manage offshore consultants through configuration, testing and go-live of HCM workstreams. Produce key deliverables-business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases and traceability matrices. Partner with client teams to steer change management and stakeholder engagement. Contribute to proposals by providing functional expertise and solution design input.The ideal Assistant Manager - Workday HCM Consultant will have: Workday Core HCM certification and at least one full-cycle HCM implementation under your belt. Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM workstreams, including offshore team management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
