Great opportunity to work as a HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver for our client, a leading logistics group operating within the UK transport, warehouse, and fulfilment sector.Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.Staffline is recruiting a HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver to work in Colchester.The rate of pay is 13.50 per hour, plus 20 per day no infringement bonus, plus 26 per night overnight payment.Overtime is available and is paid at time and a quarter.This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday . Start time is 4.30am with various end times.Your Time at WorkAs a HGV Class 1 Tramper, your duties include:- Ensuring you complete daily vehicle checks to make sure your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to use- Ensuring you arrive at your job on time, informing the traffic office of any issues- Following all company procedures, customer procedures, and the Highway Code- Maintaining all health and safety standards- Completing all deliveries and collections as manifested- Complying with all EU tachograph and WTD regulations- Ensuring your vehicle is kept clean and tidyOur Perfect WorkerOur perfect worker will hold a full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence, a valid Digital Tachograph Card, and a Driver Qualification Card (DQC)/Driver CPC.Applicants will have good communication skills.Experience in a similar role is required.Key Information and Benefits- Earn 13.50 per hour- Full-time- Free car parking on site- PPE provided- Performance bonus- Full training provided- Opportunities for overtimeJob Ref: 1KINAbout StafflineStaffline is the UK's leading provider of flexible, temporary and permanent workforce solutions, enabling over 28,000 people into good work every day.
