With a collaborative culture and a strong reputation, they offer a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to grow and develop in the construction industry.The RoleAs a Site Assistant , you'll be supporting their team of Project Managers and site personnel to keep operations running seamlessly. It's a diverse and rewarding role with plenty of scope to develop your skills and contribute to successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Support with deliveries and collections as directed by Project Managers and site foremenMaintain cleanliness and organisation across the office, yard, workshop, and storesManage stock levels, order materials, and negotiate discounts with suppliersOversee waste management, including skip pickups and drop-offsProvide general assistance to the Project Management teamSupport the implementation of Health & Safety standardsMaintain PAT testing records (training will be provided)Benefits:They value their people and aim to create a positive working environment where you feel appreciated and supported.Competitive salary: 28,000 32,00020 days holiday plus Public HolidaysCompany pensionOpportunities for growth and progressionStart date: 1 June 2025The Ideal Candidate:You're proactive, organised, and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
