OpportunityIs your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.We are seeking to appoint a permanent part time (0.6) Podiatry Clinical Skills Tutor to join our growing Podiatry and AHP team at the University of Salford. You will be an experienced HCPC registered podiatrist with a broad range of experience, across all clinical areas.You will demonstrate a passion for developing the next generation of podiatrists and have experience in delivery high-quality, evidence based podiatric care and have a comprehensive knowledge of podiatric education. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and be a strong team player, dedicated to creating the best possible student experience.We deliver a range of podiatry programmes to meet the needs of a diverse group of learners and as such our team works flexibly, including some Saturdays.Interviews will be held on Thursday 5^th June 2025Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver skills-based training to podiatry students across all levels and programmesDemonstrate a wide range of current and evidence based clinical skillsEnsure that all clinical work is carried out to a high standard and is based on a sound evidence base.Work alongside the podiatry team to develop a curriculum that is both contemporary, achievable and empowering for the future podiatry workforceBe willing to update current skills and knowledge to reflect current podiatric practiceDeliver a range of teaching and learning sessions to assist the delivery of academic modulesA bit about our SchoolWith over 8,000 learners we are the largest School at the University, with colleagues and learners from all over the world.
