Housing Manager (Temporary Part or Full Time Hours) Location: Liverpool Sector: Social Housing Fixed Term contract Are you an experienced Housing professional with a strong customer focus and a passion for making a difference in local communities? Were looking for a dedicated Housing Manager to support a small, committed team delivering high-quality housing management services in Liverpool. The Role: As Housing Manager, youll lead and support a small team of Housing Officers, ensuring excellent service delivery across tenancy and estate management. Youll play a hands-on role in day-to-day operations while driving performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead, support and motivate a small team of housing staff Oversee tenancy management, voids, lettings, ASB, and estate issues Build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders Ensure services are compliant, efficient and customer focused Handle complex tenancy or neighbourhood issues as needed Contribute to service reviews and continuous improvement About You: Proven experience in general housing management A natural leader with the ability to motivate and support others Strong customer service ethos with excellent communication skills Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and best practice Organised, flexible, and committed to delivering results Hours: Part-time or full-time hours available were happy to offer flexibility to suit the right candidate.
