An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Curriculum Quality Manager to join a growing Learning Provider, specialising in Early Years education. Based in a vibrant part of central Birmingham, with excellent transport links, you will have the flexibility of 1-2 days WFH. Ideally, youll bring experience from within the Early Years education sector and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and standards of independent training providers, however if you feel you meet most but not all these requirements, we would still love to hear from you!The RoleAs Curriculum Quality Manager, youll play a pivotal role in driving quality assurance across the organisation. Youll have a passion for continuously monitoring and improving standards, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements, and supporting curriculum development to enhance the learner experience.Key responsibilities includeLeading QA activities aligned to Ofsteds Education Inspection FrameworkManaging and developing the SAR and QIPWorking closely with Awarding Bodies and internal teams to maintain high standardsSupporting QAR performance through data analysis and improvement planningLeading curriculum reviews and resource enhancementsTaking ownership of the Matrix accreditation processOccasional travel to other office locations to collaborate with colleaguesOverseeing complaints, appeals and learner feedback processesWhat were looking forMinimum 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance within FE or apprenticeshipsStrong working knowledge of apprenticeship standards and ESFA funding rulesConfident in preparing for and contributing to Ofsted inspections (Nominee experience is a bonus)Strategic thinker with excellent communication skillsPrevious experience in Early Years education is highly desirableHybrid working modelWhats in it for youA chance to genuinely influence quality and learner outcomes in a respected, rapidly growing organisationSalary between 45,000 50,000 (depending on experience)25 days holiday + Bank HolidaysHybrid working (1-2 days from home each week)Early finish on FridaysTwo seasonal company parties per yearWorking within a collaborative and supportive team environmentIf youre passionate about quality in education and ready to join a provider that values your contributions, contact Ross Murray-Smith, Work Based Learning Recruitment Consultant.
