Everyone remembers their first encounter with us, and no wonder over our centuries of history, we have been committed to delivering a sense of pleasure to anyone who walks through our doors.Fortnum and Mason is on the lookout for a Retail Doorperson - a role that plays a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.Further to this, our successful candidate will:Manage the guest experience upon arrival and departure in line with our brand values and expectationsEnsure guest exceptions are exceeded through handling all requests, queries, comments and complaints in a courteous and prompt mannerGreet arriving guests from their cars / taxis and provide assistance where appropriate. This may include carefully assisting with the handling of luggage and other belongings.Arrange taxis for departing guests and provide directions if required.
