Managing Quantity SurveyorUp to £65k plus package Liverpool | Main Contractor | Permanent Were working with a well-established main contractor based in the North West who are looking to bring in aSeniorQuantity Surveyorto join their growing commercial team. Known for delivering a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects across industrial, commercial, and public sector schemes, this is a great opportunity for a QS who wants to work in a stable, supportive environment where quality and long-term relationships are at the core. Youll be involved in projects typically ranging from £500k to £5m, managing costs from procurement through to final account. The role would suit someone confident running their own jobs, that is able to manage a small team aswell. What youll be doing: Managing the commercial aspects of multiple live projectsOverseeing subcontractor packages, valuations, and variationsWorking closely with operational teams and reporting to senior managementEnsuring cost control and contract compliance at all stagesWhat were looking for: Previous QS experience within constructionStrong knowledge of JCT contractsA proactive, detail-focused approach and confident communication skillsSalary:Up to £60,000 depending on experience Package:Includes car allowance, pension, and other benefitsTPBN1_UKTJ
