This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments. About the Role: Maintaining and organising the sample library and stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory tracking. Coordinating global shipments and liaising with international couriers, shippers, and suppliers to ensure timely, secure deliveries. Overseeing the receipt, preparation, and documentation of samples, including labelling, photography, and customs compliance. Acting as the go-to contact for all courier logistics, managing bookings, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues with precision and professionalism. Collaborating with internal teams, designers, and clients to fulfil sample requests, offering clear updates on availability, shipments, and timelines. The Ideal Candidate: Will currently be in an operations role within a luxury or interior design business. Has exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and time management. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Is a strategic thinker with strong problem solving ability. Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
