The Role: Client Solutions Manager (CSM) As a Client Solutions Manager at XPO IT Services, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and securing new client partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and is passionate about sustainable IT practices. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce businesses to our end to end ITAD solutions and work with them to create tailored service offerings that meet their specific needs, budgets, and compliance obligations. You will engage prospects and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, networking, and face to face meetings, building long term, value driven relationships. You will also have the opportunity to promote a wide array of value-added services, such as: On-site and off-site hard drive shredding for HDDs, SSDs, and tapes Assessment, repair, and return services to maximise equipment life and reduce waste Fully bespoke IT lifecycle management solutions, shaped around client projects, regulatory frameworks, and security requirements This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insight, creating bespoke packages, and ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience throughout. We understand that our service offerings may be broader than you're used to, and we are committed to providing full training and mentoring to help you succeed. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also play an active role in supporting our marketing initiatives. This will involve the creation of both visual and written content aligned with specific briefs or requirements assigned to you. You’ll be expected to contribute to a variety of campaigns, such as social media posts, promotional materials, website updates, and customer communications, helping to ensure our brand messaging is consistent, creative, and aligned with our company values. Your input will be vital in strengthening our online presence, engaging our target audience, and promoting the services we offer. About You We are looking for a confident, solutions focused professional who is passionate about building strong client relationships and creating meaningful partnerships. You will be motivated by targets but driven by the opportunity to solve real world problems for clients in a secure, sustainable way. Essential experience in the ITAD or technology services sector is required, along with a consultative sales approach and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service. You should also be: Dedicated and self-motivated – comfortable with proactive outreach and overcoming objections Articulate and professional – able to communicate effectively with decision-makers, from IT managers to procurement directors Consultative and creative – able to identify client pain points and tailor solutions to meet diverse requirements Collaborative and adaptable – comfortable working within a small, agile team Ethical and reliable – committed to delivering on promises and maintaining long-term client trust Experience in B2B sales, IT services, electronics recycling, or asset recovery will be a strong advantage.
