In this role, you’ll support pupils with special educational needs, helping them access learning and navigate the school day with confidence. Key Responsibilities * Work closely with children who have a range of additional needs * Support individual learning plans through tailored classroom support * Build strong, trusting relationships to promote positive behaviour and learning * Assist with lesson preparation and adapt materials for accessibility * Monitor pupil progress and contribute to regular review meetings Required Experience * Experience working with SEND pupils in a classroom setting * Strong understanding of primary education and learning strategies * A patient and flexible attitude, with strong communication skills About the School This well-established Nuneaton primary school is known for its inclusive ethos and strong staff support structure.
