This role would suit someone from a Helpdesk Admin / Contract Support Administration or Facilities Coordinator background that is in a senior level capacity looking to move towards Contract Management. This Facilities Engineering Services company have an office based in Yate and are recruiting due to a number of new contracts and reaching capacity with their current management team. As a company they offer Facilities Engineering Maintenance services to a range of clients including corporate offices, multi tenanted offices, and some retail buildings. Delivering both Planned and Reactive Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric services across the south of England and Wales As Assistant Contract Manager you will support the Contract Managers and Regional Managers with all aspects of the contracts, dealing with client enquires, engineers and sub contractors delivering the works, get involved in tenders, quotes and supply chain and support the team to ensure profitable, effective and sustainable delivery. The key aspects of the role that you will assist the management team with will include. Leading hard services which will include M+E, building fabric. Managing a team of supervisors and engineers for a 24/7 operation. Overseeing all budgetary requirements for the contract including P+L management. Introducing cost saving ideas and initiatives to ensure we can remain profitable whilst ensuring a lower impact on our environment. Day to day delivery of all key SLA's + KPIs for the various contracts ensuring we can mitigate and report on the data. Monitoring of all Compliance & QSHE for all contracts. Auditing of completed and in progress works. Key point of contact for key client contacts across the site including attending client meetings. Delivering efficiencies across the site including for energy services What you'll need to succeed A proven background in delivering services across a variety of sites is essential and good commercial awareness is also a key requisite for the role.
