As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and organised Booking Coordinator to support our busy operations team.About the Role:The Booking Coordinator will play a key role in scheduling and managing staff placements across multiple healthcare clients. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that involves close communication with care facilities, healthcare professionals, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident with multi-tasking, and thrive under pressure.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for all booking and shift availability queriesCoordinate and schedule Nurses and Healthcare Assistants into shifts across a variety of client sitesManage last-minute requests and staffing changes efficientlyUse CRM systems and online portals to confirm and update shift bookingsSend confirmations and shift information via SMS and emailTrack and respond to shift amendments via online systems, ensuring all updates are accurately loggedProactively gather candidate availability and log data via our App and CRM systemsCommunicate effectively with candidates and clients regarding changes or updatesMaintain accurate records of bookings, availability, and complianceBuild and maintain strong relationships with our agency workforce to ensure high shift fulfilmentParticipate in on-call duties (1 Saturday per month, with overtime or time in lieu allowance)What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in coordination, scheduling, customer service, or a similar administrative roleStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-taskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated mindsetStrong customer service skills and a professional telephone mannerProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Confident using CRM platforms, and text/email communication tools Essential Criteria:GCSEs in English and Maths (A-C) or equivalentOffice-based experience in a fast-paced environmentAbility to remain calm under pressure and manage competing prioritiesPrevious experience within a healthcare agency would be desirable but not essential What We Offer:Competitive salary (£28,000–£32,000 DOE)Supportive team environment and positive company cultureOpportunities for progression and professional developmentTime off in lieu for working one Saturday in every fourAn opportunity to work with “the best temporary agency in the UK”If you're an efficient multitasker with a passion for coordination and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.To be considered please forward a CV in strictest confidence to bernard@
