Our client within the Finance Services sector is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support their CEO and oversee the smooth running of their London office. This role is to start ASAP.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondenceManage day-to-day office operations, welcome guests, and liaise with building management and suppliersSupport HR administration, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and acting as the main contact with the HR teamCoordinate travel arrangements and internal events, including Board meetingsLiaise with international support functions, including HR, IT, Finance, and General ServicesAct as a central point of contact, combining hospitality, administration, and leadership supportKey Requirements:8+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant & Office Management experience Stakeholder management experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional attention to detailHigh level of confidentiality and discretionProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Tools and CRMThis role is onsite and offers a salary between £55,000 - £65,000 DOE.To find out more about this role, please apply for this position.
