You will monitor all QuickSTAT live network activities ensuring adherence to agreed rate structures and pricing policies.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESWork as part of the daily operations of the LHR Control Tower team.Managing daily email volumes in the Control Group inbox.Develop and implement customer focused operational policies and proceduresAssist with complex and escalated Operational issues in accordance with the Operations Manager / Supervisor.Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base informationCo-ordinate customer service projects and initiativesEnsure on a daily basis Network / Vendor partner compliance to all agreed company policies, procedures and pricing structuresProvide weekend / OOH cover for general Customer Service processes & proceduresYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESExcellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English level C1Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.Excellent understanding of World Geography. Comprehensive understanding of the various temperature controlled packaging solutions available on the open market to forwarders.Ability to work successfully under pressureExcellent time management skills.Ability to work from Monday to Friday from 10 am until 7 pmTPBN1_UKTJ
