Working within a fast-paced Managed Service and projects environment, you will be experienced in working for a service provider. The successful candidate will be passionate about technology and possess an in depth understanding and experience of infrastructure technologies for delivering IT solutions to businesses.Key AccountabilitiesProviding technical?and project services?to many different clients, delivering high quality solutions with great customer satisfactionTroubleshooting and resolving system and networkingproblemsConfiguring and optimising customer cloud environments, servers,networks, applications and policies?Identifying opportunities to improve customer IT environments?Adhering to change control policies and procedures?Working with Solutions Architect colleagues to p roduce? standardised ?documentation for new and emerging technologiesAct ing as an escalation point and mentor for junior colleaguesSkills & ExperienceHave extensive working knowledge of Microsoft's technologyproducts at S olution s Engineer level, including Azure, Microsoft 365 , Windows Server and Active Directory .Have deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Defender, Intune , SharePoint Online and Exchange Online) and EntraID .Be confident with Network technologies - Routing, Switching , Wireless and Firewalls . Experience with Cisco Meraki or Forti net devices would be advantageous .Have good experience working within an?ITIL-based?Managed?Service environment and its core processes such as ticket management and time recording.Be able to produce and maintain detailed technical documentation?Have stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions to different audiencesSolid understanding and application of security controls, policies and technologies at endpoint, server and network levelDemonstrate good communication skills, both written and oralLocatio nOffice based - Kings Hill, West Malling, KentBenefitsWe are committed to creating great jobs for great people, and provide:25 days paid annual leave, ?per year (in addition to public holidays).
