The role involves everything from diagnostics and inspections to welding and light fabrication.Workshop Layout:Bay 1: Project work time-consuming and complex jobsBay 2: Breakdowns and cosmetic repairs fast turnaround tasksYour Day-to-Day: Welding, painting, and replacing sheeting systems on skipsDiagnosing and fixing faults on HGV trailersRunning six-weekly inspections and "running repairs"Working on gearboxes, hydraulics, batteries, oil systems & solar panelsYou'll be supported with HGV Shunter training and access to a structured training curriculum.
