Youll also have the flexibility to choose from a wide range of benefits to suit your lifestyle, offering you and your family support from a health and wellbeing, financial and lifestyle perspective.Due to the sensitive nature of the work involved, we can only consider applicants that are eligible for the UK security clearance, sponsorship is not available.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMeet daily service repair needs and drive customer satisfactionInstall, repair, and maintain Trace and X-Ray equipment in the field; provide customer training as needed.Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work promptly.Manage repair parts cycle time, order, install, and return parts efficiently.Review logs for open issues, prepare formal reports to customers.Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment.Provide technical support to customers and peers.Participate in site surveys, pilot programs, special projects, and meetings.Establish and maintain close relationships with senior FSEs and Product Managers.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.About YouLive within a maximum 45 minute commute to Heathrow Airport. Level 3 Engineering qualification (electrical, electronic, mechanical) or equivalent work experienceProficiency in reading electrical/mechanical schematics.Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in field repair of electrical and electronic systemsComputer literacy; MS Office Suite proficiency and aptitude for learning specialized softwareExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientation and ability to handle stressful situationsSelf-motivated, reliable, and accountable individualWillingness to travel at short noticeManual handling ability.What you'll get:Extensive training on our world class products.Highly competitive base salary, bonus, on call, overtime, company credit and an electric vehicle.
