Location: London (3 Days on-site per week) Level: Mid to SeniorOur client, a leading global investment bank, is looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their Front Office Technology team in London. Youll be embedded within the equities business, working directly with traders, middle office, and technology teams across the full trading lifecycle.What youll doProvide daily support for trading and post-trade workflows, particularly around booking, allocations, and commission issuesSupport and troubleshoot workflows in Fidessa CTAC, CTM, FIX, and internal trading systemsAssist with onboarding new clients, building reports, and managing enhancement requestsBecome the go-to person for booking/allocation and settlement processesOwn incidents through to resolution, contribute to UAT, and support global releasesWhat youll bringStrong experience in equity trade support (cash, ETFs, swaps, etc.)Hands-on knowledge of Fidessa CTAC, FIX 4.4, and CTM workflowsSolid SQL skills and confident diagnosing application-level issuesBackground supporting trading systems and working in front-office environmentsClear communicator who can handle pressure and multitask effectivelyBonus points forFamiliarity with automation/config tools like Ansible or GitHubExposure to RHEL or similar Linux environmentsDevOps interest or understanding, especially around low-latency platformsComfortable with occasional data centre visits (rack/stack, config work)The setupCore hours: 9am6pm with flexibilityOn-call support rotaOccasional international travel (e.g. New York data centre visit)
