Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Maintenance & Facilities Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. The role holder will ensure the upkeep of equipment and facilities, scheduling repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum operational efficiency and minimal downtime.Whats on Offer:Paying up to 60,000 + 10% bonus28 days holiday + bank holidaysPrivate medical care/dental care4% pensionOnsite Monday Friday (flexibility with hours)Responsibilities:Provide expert troubleshooting and problem-solving for equipment malfunctions or failure.Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring that maintenance costs stay within approved limits.Analyse maintenance data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.Oversee daily operations of building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and security.Provide professional leadership, support, and development to team members and other stakeholders.Background Experience: 5+ years experience in maintenance/facilities management within a similar environment.Bachelors degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.A strong track record of leading and motivating teams in previous positions.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.For more information regarding this opportunity contact Lomond MacPherson on:lomond@alexandersteele.com / 07900416043
