Youll work closely with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure technical excellence and project success.Key Responsibilities:Lead MEP coordination across design and delivery stagesReview and manage design drawings and specificationsInterface with clients, design teams, and delivery teams to ensure compliance and performanceMonitor and report on progress, quality, and cost of MEP worksManage specialist MEP subcontractors and suppliersEnsure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsAssist in developing and implementing commissioning and handover strategiesRequirements:Proven experience in a similar role with a Tier 1 main contractor or Subcontractor Strong knowledge of MEP services, building regulations, and industry best practiceRelevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (HNC/Degree level)Strong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience with BIM and modern construction technologies is desirable
