Reporting to the Flight Operations Manager, this is a hands-on role combining technical precision, team collaboration, and field deployment.What you'll be doing:Operate as part of a mission crew managing UAS systems during live flight operationsAssist with the planning, execution, and reporting of ground-based and flight trialsProvide real-time feedback to engineering teams to support system improvementsWork closely with engineers on the assembly, integration, and testing of UAS platformsRepresent the team in front of customers and stakeholders where neededAbout you:Background in engineering, aerospace, or applied science, with strong analytical skillsComfortable working both as part of a team and independentlyDetail-oriented, methodical, and confident working in high-stakes environmentsStrong communicator with a proactive mindsetEssential Skills:Technical qualification or hands-on engineering experienceKnowledge of UAS technologies and operational proceduresWillingness to travel and deploy to both UK and international locationsDesirable (but not required):Experience in manned aviation with CAA/FAA qualificationsSupervisory or mentoring experienceGVC, FAA Part 107, or similar certificationsUnderstanding of flight planning, meteorology, and airspace regulationsThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge UAS operations while growing your experience in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.Interested?
