Copello have partnered with an established Engineering business in the recruitment of an IVVQ Manager. The role is based out of Whiteley but flexible for hybrid working.Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.The IVVQ Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the preparation and execution of integration, verification, validation, and qualification (IVVQ) activities. They will ensure all products adhere to the highest quality standards. This role involves developing and implementing testing protocols, analysing outcomes, and continuously improving processes on new and legacy systems.Essential Skills & Experience:Proven leadership in a technical environmentStrong background in quality assurance and system testingExperience in safety-critical or regulated domains, ideally ATMEffective communication and problem-solving skillsDegree in Engineering or equivalent experienceDesirable Experience:Familiarity with military systems and high-integrity environmentsExperience using tools such as IBM Rational DOORSKnowledge of ATM systems (CNS) and system engineering best practicesThis role offers a salary of up to 72K + benefits.For more information, please get in touch with Ella.
