This is an on-site operational role not a site lead position focused on overseeing daily activities, resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining smooth operations from your laptop.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations on-site at the data centreTroubleshoot and resolve real-time issues across infrastructure, contractors, and teamsEnsure health and safety compliance (SSSTS/SMSTS)Act as the first point of contact for escalations and site coordinationMaintain accurate records, reporting, and documentationCommunicate effectively with project leadership and subcontractorsIdeal Candidate Will HaveA European passport (required for rights to work in the Netherlands)Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certificationStrong background in data centre operationsIdeally holds one or more of the following: CNIT, CTPM, or CDCTPAvailable to start immediately
