You'll respond to call outs in a timely manner, being the representation for Konica Minolta on customer sites, identifying and resolving technical faults, installing and networking MFDs on customer sites, and providing advice and training to customers. You'll have key targets and SLAs that you'll work with the wider team to achieve!What you can expect from our hiring process?Stage 1 Screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team and a chance to get to know you better.Stage 2Teams interview with the hiring team.Stage 3Our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to make an offer and should you accept our HR operations team will take care of you from there on in.We would love to hear from people who ...To achieve key performance targets as directed in order to maintain optimum customer satisfactionAchieve key SLA's as directed in order to maintain optimum customer satisfactionTo respond to call outs in a timely and professional manner, identify and resolve technical faults and undertake all technical modifications as they arise.To install and network Multi Functional Devices on the customer premises to the customer's satisfactionTo provide advice and training to customers on all aspects of the machines functions in order to ensure customers are fully aware of and utilise the full capabilities of installed device.To undertake relevant training as directed, which will include computer based training, in order to ensure up to date knowledge is maintained of all Konica Minolta Multi Function products, to include overnight residential training as required.To undertake all repairs in a safe manner and in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and Health & Safety legislation.To complete all necessary reporting requirements and paperwork in an accurate and timely mannerTo effectively use technology tools such as tablet and Laptop in order to ensure continuous improvements in service deliveryTo maintain car or walking stock to required standardsTo support or respond to service call outs for other service teams as necessaryIf you have worked in Field service role before you will know that each day can look quite different, take a look at our role profile (at the bottom of the page) for a deep dive into what your "day to day" might look like in this role.Don't meet every single requirement?Studies have shown that women and people from ethnic minorities are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
