We are happy to support staff through relevant qualifications as part of their ongoing development plan.The company are proud supporters of our chosen charities and enjoy participating in fundraising activities see our website for more information!We use technology to help us deliver an efficient and consistent service using CRM and in-house Knowledge Base.To be successful in this role you will need to have a demonstrable knowledge of employment law and its application through best practice across a broad range of initiatives, as well as possess a high aptitude for technology.Key Duties and Responsibilities:To provide a first-class service of professional telephone and email advice to HR Solutions clients, on all aspects of employee relations including Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence Management, Restructure, Redundancy and TUPE.Working with colleagues to ensure that all client enquiries are answered within service level agreements.Providing support to HR Consultants direct clients when they are unavailable.To ensure that clients HR documentation, including offer letters and written statements are drafted and up to date with current legislation.To help draft, update and finalise Employee Handbooks and policies as required.To assist the Head Of Advisory and Administration with any work as required.Person Specification:Practical HR experience at an Advisor level or aboveExperience of providing business focused HR advice to managers at all levelsThe ability to understand commercial informationBe educated to degree level (or suitable experience), ideally in HR ManagementBe able to demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of current employment legislationHave generalist HR knowledgeThe ability to write clear and concise English to a high standardBe computer literate and proficient in MS Office, web-based applications and HRISExcellent organisational and administration skillsExcellent attention to detailBe a confident relationship builderHave a professional and flexible attitudeHave the ability to work under pressureMust be able to work under own initiativeExcellent communication skills both orally and in writing and experience of dealing with people at all levelsWhat we offer in return:Regular expert training and updates on HR and employment law25 days holiday (pro-rata for part time), plus your Birthday day offHealth Cash PlanLife Assurance scheme (4 x salary)My Staff Shop discountsEmployee Assistance ProgrammeGym membership subsidyRefer a friend or family member rewardFree Will writing serviceTPBN1_UKTJ
