This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for recruitment, compliance, and candidate care. You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.Key Responsibilities:Advertise vacancies using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Review applications and shortlist suitable candidatesConduct CV searches on job boards and internal databasesCarry out screening calls and interviews with prospective candidatesSupport candidates through the onboarding processEnsure full compliance by completing registration packs and requesting ID documentationConduct driving compliance checks, where applicableLiaise with the Account Manager regarding candidates ready for placementRegularly review recruitment needs with the Account ManagerMaintain and update administrative trackersManage and process candidate timesheetsPerform regular compliance audits to ensure ongoing adherence to standardsPromote live vacancies across social media channels, including LinkedInWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferredHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenComfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environmentConfident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systemsTPBN1_UKTJ
