Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an innovative and forward-thinking manufacturer to recruit a Head of Operations to lead operations at their site in Leeds.Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.Salary: c75k + packageThe Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing including production, purchasing, distribution, and supply chain and will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, improving quality, and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement across the facility.Working closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team, the Head of Operations will develop and implement strategies that support growth, sustainability, and world-class manufacturing standards.Responsibilities of the Head of Operations will include:Lead, manage and develop the manufacturing teamDevise and control operational budgetsDevelop and execute robust manufacturing strategies aligned with business goalsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, rework, and carbon footprintPrepare commercial proposals relating to Capex investmentWere keen to speak to experienced Heads of Operations or senior operations professionals with the following profile:Ideally degree qualifiedProven leadership experience in a senior manufacturing role, preferably within a highly regulated industryA strong track record of managing high-performing teams in an Engineering or Manufacturing production environmentExpertise in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologiesCommercial and financial acumenExcellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skillsIf you are a passionate and driven Head of Operations looking to make a real impact in a growing and innovative business, please apply now or contact Ian Brice at Elevation Recruitment Group for a confidential discussion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
