Motivated and driven individual. Proven history of working on complex projects through to completion. Comprehensive knowledge of Building and Health and Safety/Fire regulations IOSH for Directors, CDM/PSCS Awareness, BBS, Root Cause Analysis & S5 & Q10 internal workshops.Duties will include: Managing a complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme. Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set. Ensuring a high level of health 'safety is adhered to at all times. Chairing progress meetings with the client and subcontractors. Quality control.
