Jola Cloud Solutions is an award winning, fast growing channel only supplier of B2B Internet, cloud, fixed line and mobile communication services.Increase your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.We put our partners in control by providing products that they can order and manage in real-time via our industry leading provisioning portals.We work with over 1500 partners to service the communications needs of 1000s of end-user businesses including many globally recognised household names.Over the last twelve months weve launched an average of two new products per month.In particular, we are experiencing tremendous growth in M2M, IoT and Mobile Internet services and this is our major area of focus.We are working with a number of mobile operators to deliver unique and innovative services to our channel partners.To cope with our increased workload and ensure that our products are the best that they can be, we are now recruiting for a Graduate / Junior Product Manager.Responsibilities Understand customer needs through close communication with our sales team and our partners Develop new products and product enhancements to better meet the changing customer needs Develop commercial models to determine product costs and propose product pricing Work with our marketing team to produce excellent product marketing materials Work with our suppliers to keep abreast of product development and commercial opportunities Work with our internal software developers to ensure products can be easily ordered and managed Work with our billing team to ensure that our new products can be billed accurately and efficiently Attend industry events to learn more about what is happening now and in the future Essential Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Strong organisational and time-management abilities Creativity and commercial awareness Team player Excellent Microsoft Office skills Excellent Internet and IT skills everything we do is cloud based Nice to have but not essential A business degree Experience in a similar role Experience of the Internet and telecoms market ISP, MSP, cloud, fixed line or mobile Ability to learn on the job Jolas products Jolas partners Jolas suppliers The market in which we compete Commercial modelling & pricing Product marketing Product development processes Industry recognised training and accreditation with AWS and/or Microsoft Salary and benefits Competitive salary and bonus scheme Pension with company contributions Death in service insurance Private Healthcare Vitality 25 days annual leave pro-rata Start date ASAP
