12.60 per hour | Temporary | Exeter Our client, a well-established company, is looking for a proactive Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support their busy operations team on a temporary basis.Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in logistics, a head for numbers, and a keen eye for detail.Based in Exeter, the role will begin fully office-based, transitioning to a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 from home) after training.The Role: As Sales & Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing your own set of customer accounts from start to finish.This includes processing and fulfilling orders, handling shipments, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout.Youll be a key part of the operations team, keeping everything running smoothly and accurately.Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Logistics Coordinator: Manage customer orders from initial receipt to final delivery Handle all logistics and shipping coordination Maintain and develop relationships with key accounts Work closely with suppliers to meet delivery requirements Ensure a high standard of customer service and accuracy at all stages Produce and analyse reports related to orders and performance What Were Looking For in the Sales & Logistics Coordinator : Experience working in a logistics or supply chain environment Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach Confident working with numbers and managing data Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Package: 12.60 per hour Weekly pay Timesheet and payroll support Accrued holiday pay Flexible start and finish times Hybrid working after initial training Were committed to creating an inclusive recruitment process and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.We assess every candidate fairly, based on their skills and potential.Recruitment Consultant: Georgia Parkhouse Ref: 10873
