Senior Operational Control Officer To 50000 Bonus Benefits Central London Hybrid Role THE COMPANY They are a highly reputable leading international HNW wealth management and investment firm with over 500 employees across the globe.Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.Their business is rapidly growing and despite the pandemic has been unaffected and goes from strength to strength.It is an exciting time to join the business.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria: Pre and post trade restriction experience, exception monitoring and rule coding.ESSENTIAL It would be a great advantage if you also meet the below criteria Prior experience of MiFIR Transaction Reporting, investigating and resolving failed transaction reports.Knowledge of the trade lifecycle and investment products.Solid understanding of the compliance monitoring process.Methodical, analytical and technically sound with a controls and system focused mind set.THE ROLE Sitting within the UK Investment Management Operational Control team this role offers exposure to Central Support teams such as IT and Compliance along with the Investment Management Front Office and Middle Office who you will enjoy a close working relationship with.You will also be externally interacting with system specialists and vendors.Interpret and then implement the pre/post trade rules/restrictions into the internal OMS.Monitor trade rules and restrictions on a daily basis.Support the daily BAU function through the implementation of required processes and procedures.To build on knowledge surrounding regulatory reporting and to support regulatory reporting obligations including Shareholder Disclosures and MiFIR Transaction Reporting.Assist with delivery of compliance, audit and risk recommendations relating to Operational Controls.To participate in regulatory reporting projects ensuring all internal guidelines and internal house restrictions are coded.If you would like to discuss the role please contact Patrick Barnett 0207 337 0045 or Patrick@cameronkennedy.com
