I have partnered with a London based property company who are looking to bring their Project Management capability in house to support their growing portfolio.Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.As Project Manager within a lean Development company, your duties will include managing design teams, overseeing tendering processes to managing multiple projects through to PC and lease agreements.Current portfolio includes the redevelopment of a large shopping centre which will include the addition of a hotel, commercial space and residential plus a Residential pipeline of 100 units.This is an opportunity to take ownership of a number of exciting schemes, working very closely with the owner of the business.Your time will be spit between two key projects in Stevenage, London based projects and their North London office.Like what you see?
