At ALDI, we believe that a safe working environment is key to our success.Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our health and safety strategy across our Stores and Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs).Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Regional Health & Safety Manager, act as a 'competent person', ensuring compliance with health 'safety, fire safety, food safety, and trading law.Engage with various teams to promote a positive safety culture and ensure all safety requirements are met.Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to keep our workplaces safe and compliant Investigate reportable work-related incidents and advise on accident prevention measures.Support working groups in the development of risk assessments, policies and procedures, monitoring and supervision and training initiatives.If youre a hardworking individual thats ready to kick-start your career with an award-winning employer, apply to join TeamAldi today!
