The Role:Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.As an Assessor at Posturite, youll play a key role in our Assessment Service team, providing expert workstation assessments our clients. Youll work closely with individualsmany of whom experience pain or discomfortto evaluate their workstation setup and recommend tailored solutions to improve their comfort and productivity.This is a field-based role with a mix of in-person and virtual assessments. Some days will involve traveling between client sites for face-to-face assessments, while others will be home-based, conducting virtual assessments. Youll also be responsible for setting up and configuring equipment, ensuring clients receive the best possible support.As a primary point of contact for our clients, youll have the opportunity to make a real difference in peoples working lives, helping them work more comfortably and efficiently.Carry out effective DSE Workstation Assessments in person and virtuallyWrite detailed reports recommending solutionsMaintain a strong relationship with all accounts and build rapport with relevant contactsIdentify opportunities for all divisions of Posturite through fact finding within appointments and subsequently liaising with Key & Account ManagersParticipate in exhibitions/ trainingConduct chair set ups, desks, homeworker assessments, chair & desk repairs & assist with major installations as necessaryPromote, where applicable, all new products and support methods of distribution to support revenue goalsKey Responsibilities:Attending client appointments on timeProducing written reports to meet Posturite deadlinesAchieve agreed KPIsContribute actively to a successful and inspired Assessment Service teamRespond positively and quickly to situations affecting achievement of deadlinesEnsure that product knowledge is current and thoroughMaintain an organized and time efficient work ethicRespond to workstation assessment requests and complete all subsequent documentation within SLA agreed timescalesMaintain regular contact with customer service and regional sales teamsMinimize travel and subsidiary costsUndertake all necessary preparation prior to meetingsMaintain any personal or fleet vehicleWhat you'll bring:Organisation & planning abilityExcellent customer service skillsAbility to build and maintain relationshipsAccurate data entry & written skillsIT & keyboard skillsFlexibilityIdeally 3 years in acomputer based customer related roleGCSE Grade 4 or Equivalent in English and MathematicsTwo A Levels with one a Grade C in a relevant science or PE.TPBN1_UKTJ
