Your collaborative approach will be essential in promoting best practices and ensuring effective employee relations. Being responsible for the final compliance check of all paperwork and communication content produced.Carrying out necessary administrative duties such as note taking and any follow up letters to colleagues regarding meeting outcomes etc.Please view the attached job description for a full list of responsibilitiesWhat skills, knowledge and experiences are essential as a HR & Wellbeing Business Partner?Experience of taking a HR lead on project workMinimum 3 years experience as a HR Business Partner or Advisor roleExperience of restructure programmes and formal consultation processesCIPD qualified or similarKnowledgeable and experience working with workplace unions.Solid high-level knowledge of current Employment Law and best practice.Competent in use of key Microsoft Office applicationsHigh communication skills, both written and oral.Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Must be within one hours commute to either of the main office locationsHow do I apply?If you are passionate about improving company culture and are experienced in HR Change management, we strongly encourage you to apply.
