The role is 100% office-based and offers up to 85,000 per annum (pro rata).The Role:The Interim Finance Director will report to the CEO and work closely with the senior leadership team. Responsibilities include strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. You will also oversee a small finance team and ensure the organisations financial operations run effectively.Candidate Profile:Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar senior finance roleIdeally experienced within the charity, public, or cultural sectors - desirable but not essentialStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working hands-on in a dynamic environmentThis is a high-impact role within a unique and historically significant organisation.
