We're backed by capital and a killer product, and we're entering the UK market at the perfect time to scale.The RoleWere looking for an execution-driven Paid Media Growth Lead to build and run our performance marketing engine from scratch. This role is about getting things live, learning fast, and driving measurable growth for Tapp.Youll take ownership of our paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and beyond. Youll create full-funnel strategies, build and run campaigns, test creatives, implement tracking infrastructure, and iterate based on ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversion data.Youll work directly with the founders. This is a doers role with serious strategic impact - and a direct path to Head of Growth or CMO if you nail it.What You'll OwnSet up, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedInRun A/B tests, retargeting flows, and conversion optimization experimentsTrack everything - from ad click to customer sign-up - and build clear attributionWork closely with founders on messaging, audience targeting, and landing page testingRecommend and implement the analytics stack (Pixel, GA4, tracking tools, etc.)Shape creative direction for paid ads (video, static, UGC-style), and either produce or coordinate their creationOptimise every step of the funnel: CPC, CTR, CVR, CAC, ROASIterate quickly: test, measure, adapt - fast and oftenReport on results weekly, and refine strategy based on performanceWhat Were Looking For25+ years of experience owning paid media campaigns - ideally in B2C, SMB, or DTC settings where you've had to build, learn, and iterate fastProven results: high ROAS, strong CTRs, clear CAC improvements - well ask for real examplesDeep hands-on knowledge of Meta and Google Ads (TikTok and LinkedIn are a plus)Fluent in performance creative: you know how to test messaging, images, and hooks, not just optimize bidsAnalytical mindset - strong on conversion data, attribution, funnel diagnosticsStartup-ready: you thrive in ambiguity, can create your own workflows, and take ownership from day oneComfortable using AI tools (e.g., for copy iteration, creative testing, reporting) - were an AI-native team and believe in tools when they make us faster or smarterWhat Youll GetCompetitive base salaryBonus structure with lots of upsideUp to 2% warrants based on performanceTrue ownership over growth in a funded early-stage startupA direct line to shaping strategy, brand, and future product developmentRemote-first team with flexibility and trustGrowth path to Head of Growth or even CMO as you prove your impactWhy Now?Were in full go-to-market mode, backed with capital and a product merchants love.
